Hello my lovely readers! Have I mentioned how much I appreciate you recently? Well let me take a minute to say thank you for being here. I really do appreciate it. I am just starting my fourth week as a blogger, but I am really liking it. It is a fun way to connect – both with people to whom I am already close but don’t get to see everyday and with people who I have never met but come form all sorts of interesting places and backgrounds.
Today I am starting a 30-day Blogging101 course that is a part of WordPress’s Blogging U. I will have daily assignments, but not all of them will be to publish posts. The assignments that are published posts will be tagged Blogging101 and I will post them in my Foundations category.
Today’s Assignment: Write and publish a “who I am and why I’m here” post.
I have a confession to make. I already did this assignment. When I started my blog a few weeks ago I actually looked at the assignments for a past Blogging 101 course. I knew that the next course wasn’t starting until January 5 and I was too impatient to wait. So I figured I would just use the posted assignments from a previous course and get started right away. Well, that lasted all of a week 🙂 But I did manage to get that first assignment done. And it happens to be the first post on my blog. Since it was only a few weeks ago, it is still pretty accurate. You can check it out here if you missed it.
As always, thank you for allowing me to share. I hope you have a wonderful week!
This is simply amazing. I wish you the best of luck with your degrees. I’m studying mechanical engineering but not interested at all. I have no idea if that would change but many people say I should accept fate for what it is, the thing you and your husband didn’t accept apparently. Best of luck and health for your family. Looking forward to read more here. 🙂
